Clean area with 90% alcohol before applying. Apply a thin layer of "Doll Me" Up Lace Adhesive to skin ONLY in front of the hairline then allow glue to turn completely clear before adding another layer. For BEST RESULTS apply 3-5 layers! Please allow up to 24 hrs before getting wet!
